About Me
I’m a learning and development professional who designs training that connects strategy, systems, and people.
My experience spans the full learning process, from needs analysis and stakeholder strategy to instructional design, facilitation, and educational technology. Because I’ve worked across each stage of the learning lifecycle, I’m able to design solutions that are not only engaging but practical, scalable, and aligned with real business needs.
Previously, I worked in academic research studying conflict and airstrike campaigns during the Syrian Civil War, managing a small team of coders. During that time, I co-authored a paper published in Cambridge University Press exploring how psychological safety and experiential learning improve outcomes. In addition to my research and coding responsibilities, I trained and mentored team members, helped develop onboarding materials, and created learning resources to support the lab. That research background continues to shape how I approach learning design today, grounding my work in data-driven evidence, curiosity, and thoughtful problem solving.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring the outdoors with my rescue dog Gibson, volunteering at an equine therapy center, reading or watching a movie by the fireplace, or trying out a new activity — I love trying new things!
